1. Tacos

2. Chiles Rellenos

3. Enchiladas Verdes

4. Mole
 Poblano



Mole Poblano is one of Mexico’s most cherished dishes, known for its complex and rich sauce made from a variety of ingredients, including chili peppers, chocolate, nuts, and spices. This dark, velvety sauce is typically served over chicken or turkey and accompanied by rice. The combination of sweet, savory, and slightly spicy flavors makes Mole Poblano a truly unique and unforgettable dish.
